As my role as a 'Body Transformation Coach' I myself would say my number one aim is to improve and educate the overall general public in the Fitness and Nutrition industry, i think of it as getting paid for something I'm a massive geek about!!
I have had a lot of clients who are 'broken'- This is mentally and physically. they are broke because they are not educated enough within this industry and due not fault of their own, they're in a damaged state. That's where i come in! i fix the damage and re build peoples lives.
In my eyes these are the most important factors of a human being:
1.Stress levels
2.Sleep quality and quantity
3.General well being
4.Quality of food
5.Ammount Of Food
6.Timing of foods
7.Then training.
Its my job to improve every single one of those aspects in my clients, and the worse thing that can happen would be for my client to fall out of love/lose motivation for their goals, that's always in the back of my mind as well.
One question i ask my clients is 'How do you feel every day?"
most answers i get is "meh.. okay"
or "not bad, not great but not terrible"
.. When the answer i want people to have is " i feel fucking amazing!! i can't wait to live my life, i don't feel ill, i always got energy and i have a new out look on life everyday!"
If you don't have that answer, then something is wrong, and it will need fixing.
I am responsible for peoples results-Yes. but most importantly i am the key factor in turning peoples lives around and improving their health and well-being.I will write the following post in the way i like to read stuff; no BS, straight,direct and too the point!
Low Calories
a lot of people want to instantly cut calories dramatically and run for hours and hours on end. how boring is that?! plus the damage it can do to you're body is unbelievable!
A LOW CALORIE DIET WILL NOT MAKE YOU INTO A COVER MODEL- most important statement you will read today!/
Expectations
Within the industry there are so many expectations, like these 6,8 and 12 week body transformations. Bollocks did they get their body like that in that amount of time! this industry sets unrealistic targets which puts the view that if you don't get that dream body in 8 weeks then you're a massive failure, which is totally wrong!
good food vs bad food
a bowl of special k,a Kitkat and an apple OR a piece of fresh seasoned grilled salmon, with a green chunky raw salad with a oil dressing and a few nuts.They may have similar calories but the effect they will have on you're body, sleep, hormones, fat and muscle levels, heart,liver,brain,kidneys, pancreas are vastly different!! different foods can improve you're body in ways you can't even dream off, luckily you don't have to.. that's my job.Long term a bad diet will effect you're body for the worse, sometimes even can cause you to be terminally Ill. We all know someone with amazing genetics who will eat whatever they want, yet still go out twice a week down 20 cans of lager binge on takeaways most evenings and have fry ups when they are older.But I'm certain that will not last forever, and once they hit 30,40,50 there body will be ruined. Please don't get into that situation.
Sleep
Sleep is the best and cheapest recovery element around. How awesome does every feel after a good night sleep, no stress, fully recovered, full of energy to start training again. a bad sleep can hinder lean muscle gain and increase fat stores. so if you are not sleeping right, i would strongley suggest you find out why, this could be technology, diet,stress levels and optinum setting. aim for 9 hours a night people.Another tell tale sign of that something is wrong.. men theres a reason it's called morning glory, it's a good thing!
Sex
"Is you're sex life amazing and great"..... "no not really".. "Why not?!".."dunno just don't feel up for it".
Why the hell not?! were animals, we should want sex all the time, if not then theres a hormonal imbalance occurring within the human body and that is caused by you're diet and stress levels, so fix that for health, relationship and well being sake.
Everyone is different
food effects everyone different ways, different sexes, weights,heights, experience, illnesses, how each human body handles each foods. So apps like 'My fitness pal' and general online examples are a assumption!! please do not follow these, everyone responds differently, hire a professional who has experience with manipulating and fine tuning peoples diets to improve there health and well being.
What I can turn people into:
-improve health problems
-more energy
-improved skin
-lower body fat
-less stress
-more general happiness
- better sex life
-better sleep
-improved fitness
-increased muscle
-increase love for food
plus loads more!!

Hello All, This is my first ever blog, i have named this 'I want to lose body fat, and gain muscle' because that is the most common question i get asked every SINGLE day. I'm not saying it's a tangible goal it's just i think they're are way more factors within the Fitness industry. So i plan to provide everyone with a new insight into new ways of thinking to improve everyones mental and physical well being!!!
